My role
Facilitation of remote Design Thinking workshops (on Miro) with business leads, subject matter experts and tech leads.

My mission, who I worked with
I worked within a team of 6 Ux designers. Weekly meetings to make sure we keep consistency between the products, and maintain the Design System created.
This project is a strict Safe agile process project with Programm Incremantations, 2 weeks sprints, agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, daily stand ups, sprint retrospective, sprint planning).

The problem I wanted to solve
Working efficiently with statisticians and programmers from all over the world (USA, UK, India, Australia, Europe) with Teams or Zoom meetings everyday, in a strict Safe agile methodology.
How I solved the problem
Facilitating workshops, being able to deliver quickly.
What were the results ?
We launched an Mvp which will now be improved along the way.
