My mission, who I worked with
Digitalizing the customer meeting (2 hours on average) including welcoming the customer, discovering his project, up to the 3D plan and the delivery of the quote.
I worked mainly with Pierre Villeneuve for the animation of the Design Thinking workshops, Sébastien Lelieur the digital manager of the Fournier group (Mobalpa, SoCoo'c, Perenne ...).
The problem I wanted to solve
Completely digitalize the customer appointment.
Keep the spirit of connivance and humor of the brand.
